Mestre Bimba’s first three sequences as taught by Mestre Bamba from the Associacao De Capoeira Mestre Bimba, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
For a more indepth look into the meaning and explanation of these sequences I will be writing an article in the near future.

Hello, I’m french, i’ll just ask you one things:
Could you put more videos of the 8 Mestre Bimba sequences??

I am still considering making a dvd of the sequences, because there is so much detail that many people overlook.
There are some more videos of them on youtube at the moment, however most of them are a little different.
These sequences are those that are taught by mestre bamba, and are also the ones that mestre itapoan follows.
If you learn these first three well, you will have no trouble picking up the next 5.
I will see whether I can post more on them, but it may take me some time.
