It’s Chan again from Soul Capoeira in Adelaide. I have decided to create a few videos of essential basic capoeira kicks and basic kicking combinations. These will help you to develop a solid base.
Remember, watching these videos is not enough! you must do! try and do five reps on each side for a nice solid workout. Try and do some exercises in between like pushups or handstands to mix it up.
